Top Ten Favorite Beginnings/Endings In Books (talk about books that started or ended just perfectly or with a bang OR you could do specific opening lines or last lines -- however you want to do it!) -- thanksDanika for the initial idea. I just adapted it.

There is a lot of great beginnings out there, a lot. So half of this was really easy and hard at the same time. Endings however...there just isn't a lot of great endings out there in my mind. There's good endings, I guess I'm more strict on my endings.

Endings

The Wonderous Strange Series by Lesley Livingston
This was the perfect ending for this series. The fight, the "deaths" everything was perfect to end this story.

Deity by Jennifer L. Armentrout

This ending is why I love this book. This ending shocked my to my core. I didn't expect the author to do that. It left my breathless. It was so action-packed and full of surprises that I didn't know what to think as I was reading it.

The Iron Fey series by Julia Kagawa

This is another great series that had a outstanding ending! This ending had my full of love and crying from pain. This author knows how to invoke any and all emotions from you.

Opal by Jennifer L. Armentrout

Another ending that will tear you to sherds. This was an ending that when you read it you where shocked, but a small voice in the back of your mind says you always knew it would happen.

Everbound by Brodi Ashton
In all the books I've read, this is the one with the most shocking, take-the-wind-out-of-you, sitting there in shock ending ever. When I read it I literally sat there and stared at the page without breathing and didn't know what to do, because how do you react to that? No one could have predicted that ending, it was to much of a curve-ball.

Beginnings
Dare You To by Katie McGarry
This book has the perfect beginning, because it draws you in and instantly connects you to the characters. So, it's impossible to put down for the first 6o pages.

The Forsaken by Lisa M. Stasse
The action in this one starts from the very beginning and barely stops in the book. This beginning hooks you and never lets you go.

The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins
Do I have to say anything?

Poison Study by Maria V. Snyder
This is another beginning that draws you in and than hooks you. And for a fantasty it give you the right amount of info in the right amount of time. So, you aren't confused when the author is explaining everything and you are never info dumped. And although it doesn't start with action, the story still draws you in and never lets you go!

Touch of Power by Maria V. Snyder
While Poison Study doesn't start with action, this one sure does and it almost never stops. This beginning was great!

That's my list, whats yours?
Happy reading
