Top Ten Tuesday REWIND -- pick a past topic you missed or one you want to revisit!

This is a little early in the season to be talking about, since guess what? There is still snow on the ground where I live. There was just a snow storm that gave us 6 inches of snow. So, needless to say I am a little anxious for summer. Some of these books I have already read and other books I have yet to read, but want to soon. And the ones I haven't read yet just seem perfect for the beach.

The Last Song by Nicolas Sparks.
I love this book and have been meaning to reread it for a while now. iIt is the perfect book to read on a beach.

Uncommon Criminals by Ally Carter.
This whole series is really fun and......just fun. And fun books are the best to read on a beach.

The Seventh Daughter by Frewin Jones.
I've been trying to reread this whole series and this one is the best in the series. So, I would love to read it at the beach.

This is What Happy Looks like by Jennifer E. Smith
I don't own this book yet, but if its anything like Love at First Sight then it will be a great fun book.

Leaving Paradise by Simone Elkeles.
I've read this one a while ago and loved it and I've been wanting to reread it.

Fullmetal Alchemist (3 in 1 edition) Volume 2.
I have the first volume for this edition and I already know what happens in this series, but I still want to read it.

Hot Mama by Jennifer Estep.
This is another really fun read, but has its serious times in it. I read Kara Girl a while back and liked it.  And I have this sitting on my Nook. So, why not bring it to the beach.

The Great Gatsby by F.Scott Fitzgerald.
Just bought this and am currently reading it and am enjoying it.

Rules of Attraction by Simone Elkeles.
I read perfect Chemistry and really enjoyed it. So, I am hoping this one would be the same.

Sir Percy Leads the Band by Emmuska Orczy.
I loved, loved, loved the Scarlet Pimpernel and I am pretty sure this is the next book in the series. So, I would love to bring this to the beach if there wan't any snow on the ground.

That's my list, what was yours?
Happy reading

  1. I agree! I can't wait for summer. These books sound like fun. I should really pick up a Nicolas Sparks book, sometime. I've seen all the movies, but never read any of his books. :P

  4. LOL Kimberly, great choice at picking Uncommon Criminals as a beach read! That way, Kat and Hale can offer you spy tips you can use (like whose staring at who while they pretend they aren't...) ;D

  10. I have not actually read the two Simone Elkeles books but have read one of her other ones. They definitely would be great beach reads!

  11. I have a hard time understanding the concept of "beach reads." There aren't books I only want to read when I got to the beach. But I do like to have books with me that'll keep my focused.

Thanks for stopping by my TTT.
