Q: Activity! Hopefully warm weather for most of us is here soon…so tell us about your favorite outdoor reading spot. Or take a picture.

I don't want to take a picture, because its surrounded in 3 feet of snow and later today it will turn into 4.5 feet (if the weather man is right). Anyway, My favorite spot is in my front yard under a tree that splits into two trees, sharing about one foot of the same trunk starting from the ground.

I like laying a blanket on the ground on sunny days and listening to the birds while reading a wonderful book..........how long 'till summer?

Also, don't forget to enter my 100 Followers Giveaway for your chance to win either the Madman's Daughter by Magen Sharperd or Unravel Me by Tahereh Mafi. Its the last day!!

That's my answer, whats yours?
Happy reading

  5. That is a lot of snow! When I lived up in the northeast, 2 feet was considered heavy snowfall. I sometimes miss seeing it, but I definitely wouldn't want to shovel that much.

  9. Eeeek a lot of snow for you guys too eh?! It's calling for more for us later this week/early next week so I can sympathize! Snow makes for a good excuse to stay in snuggled in a blanket with a nice book ;) Anyways the spot you described sounds PERFECT for reading outside in the Summer. Under a tree + birdsong sounds heavenly ♥

  15. I hate snow. I can't imagine it being this late in March and still dealing with snow. It's why I moved south. We are completely opposite, in that I would never lie on a blanket on the ground. Just your description made me itch, too many bugs. Thanks for visiting my FF.
