"Stacking the Shelves" is a weekly theme hosted by Tynga's reviews . Feel free to join in if you want. In this theme I showcase all the books I got this week.
I broke my ban a little bit. However, since the book I bought was really cheap I'm not counting it.
Maus 1: A Survivor's Tale & Maus II: A Survivor's Tale: And Here My Troubles Began by Art Spielgelman
I've been wanting to read these two for the longest time. They sounded wonderful and I have only heard amazing things about them. So, naturally, I wanted to read them.I freaked out when I saw them on the shelf at my library. I will be reading these soon.
Ship Breaker by Paolo Bacigaulpi
I heard very few things about this one, even though it won a ton of awards. However, what I did hear about sounded interesting. So when I saw it on the bargain shelf at a thrift store I had to get it. To top it off, this was only $1. That's right, this hardcover award winning book was only one dollar. I will be reading this one soon, maybe not this month but probably next month
That's what I got this week, what did you get?
Happy reading
I've been wanting to read Ship Breaker forever! I've heard such great things about that one. Enjoy!
