Summer TBR

Hello everyone!! So, this is a little late; its been Summer break for me for about two weeks. But better late then never, right? I am hoping to read a lot this Summer. There are a lot of books that have been on my TBR pile for far to long that I really want to get through. Even though I want to get through a lot of books this summer I am going to make this TBR smallish. I'm just going show you the books that I will for sure be trying to read.

The Hero of Ages by Brandon Sanderson- I love this series and I really, really want to know what happens and how it ends! I am just terrified that one of my fave characters will die.

The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss- I have been on a fantasy kick for a while now and I've heard that this one is amazing.

Elantris by Brandon Sanderson- Brandon Sanderson is one of the best fantasy writers I have read, so of course I want to read his debut.

The Bronze Horseman by Paullina Simons- I've heard so many freaking great things for this book. People have said it is one of the best love stories they have read. I love love stories and the fact that it is set in WWII has made me want to read it even more.

The Demon King by Cinda Williams Chima-
Again with the fantasy kick. I love fantasy and this one I heard is a really great fantasy series.

Take Me On by Katie McGarry-
Do I need to explain?

The Winner's Curse by Marie Ruthkoski- I have been wanting to read this one since the cover was revealed and yet I haven't read it. I really want to read it soon because it looks like an amazing fantasy book!

Sentinel by Jennifer L. Armentrout- I love this series and I have been putting this one off because I am afraid of the ending!

What I Though Was True by Huntley Fitzpatrick- I loved My Life Next Door and I just really want to read this one soon.

Sweet Reckoning by Wendy Higgins- I love this series and I need to know what happens in the end!!

The Bitter Kingdom by Rae Carson- This is basically a ditto to Sweet Reckoning. I just finished with the second book and I just really want to know how this series ends!

Asunder by Jodi Meadow- I read the first one a long while ago and loved it. I am a little ashamed that I have yet to read this one but I will this summer!

What books are on your summer TBR?
Happy reading

  2. I so heavily approve of this list :D. You have to finish the Mistborn trilogy, they are crazy epic! Name of the Wind is also insanely awesome, definitely a must read for fantasy ;-). Elantris is actually my favorite Sanderson book, even though you can kind of tell that it is a debut. I found the story and world so unique and mesmerizing though <3

  3. Great list, I hope you'll enjoy all of the books! The Seven Realms series is so amazing, one of my favorites, so I hope you'll enjoy it! The Name of the Wind is amazing, too. I've wanted to reread it before reading the sequel, but haven't got the time.
And I love that you're on a fantasy kick. It's been a while since I've been in one, and I kinda miss it.
Haven't read the rest, but I've heard great things about them all!
    Happy reading!

  5. Great picks. I recently read The Winner's Curse and LOVED IT!!! :) I also read What I Thought Was True and must admit to being disappointed - I LOVED My Life Next Door so I was sad that one wasn't as good. I hope you find the time to get to them all :)
