Stacking the Shelves (36)

"Stacking the Shelves" is a weekly theme hosted by Tynga's reviews . Feel free to join in if you want. In this theme I showcase all the books I got this week.

I had a pretty good book week. I only got three, but two of them I have been wanting to get for a while. So, I am happy about that.

Bargin Bin.

April & Oliver by Tess Callahan.
I got this for 3$ in a bargin bin. My faithful bargin bin, we've given me so many good books.

Barnes & Noble.

The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald.
I have been wanting to get this one since I knew about it, but all the copies I have seen of it are 15$. I do not want to spend that much money on a paperback book with less then 200 pages in it. However, I finally just caved and bought it and I am going to start reading it today. I hope I like it much as everyone else.

Jellicoe Road by Melina Marchetta.
I haven't heard much about this, but the few reviews on it rave about it. So, I got it.

Thats all I got, what did you get this week?
Happy reading

  2. I remember when I was forced to read The Great Gatsby. I don't really remember anything from it, other than Gatsby was so dumb.
I've heard tons about Jellicoe Road, but I personally haven't read it myself. I hope you enjoy it Kimberly and thanks for stopping by my STS! (:
