Wow, congrats on reaching 150! I'm going to sound a little cliche with this answer, but I wouldn't really change anything with this meme. I like how all of the questions are related to books and they start discussions with other bloggers. And you discover more blogs and make new friends. I just really like.
I also have a suggestion for a question though, if it hasn't been done. 

"What type of genre or you in, Like I'm a paranormal reader and others are a contemporary readers. What are you?"
