Favorite Sequels Read in 2013

I consider any book that is between the first book and the last book in the series as a sequel. So, without further delay here is my top sequels read in 2013 list.

Dark Triumph by Robin LeFevers
I loved this book so much!! I liked it even more then I did Grave Mercy, which is saying something.

Origin by Jennifer L. Armentrout
This book, holy crap, this book was freaking amazing!! I loved every second of it!!! And it torn my heart out in several occasions when reading it.

Crown of Midnight by Sarah J. Maas
This. Book. Was. Amazing. I can't say anything else then that.

Unravel Me by Tahereh Mafi
While this book didn't really meet my expectations, it was still so amazing!! I can't wait for the last one to release!

Everbound by Brodi Ashton
I didn't really love the first book in this series, but it was this book that put the series on my fave series list. This book was such a rollercoaster and the ending, the ending killed me!

Apollyon by Jennifer L. Armentrout
This was an amazing book!! I loved it and I can't wait to start Sentinel!

Guinevere's Gamble by Nancy McKenzie
This is one of my favorite historical books. I love it and the series and I wish the author would write the next one already!!!!!

December 17: Top Ten New-To-Me Authors I Read In 2013

In no order, here are my top ten new to me authors read this year.

Cinder my Marissa Meyer
I heard so many great things about this book, so I read it and loved it!! It was such a good unique twist to the Cinderella story. I loved it!!!

Incarnate by Jodi Meadows
I went into this book not expecting much, but I was blown away!! I loved it to bits and pieces!!

Splintered by A. G. Howard
This was another great twist on a classical tale, it was amazing!! I loved it so much!! I can't wait for the second one to release!

The Girl of Fire and Thorns by Rae Carson
I was actually expecting to hate this book because of the religious aspects, but I ended up loving it!!! It was so freaking amazing!!!

Insomnia by J. R. Johansson
This book is one of my top 2013 reads!! It was so amazingly outstanding!! It had me on the edge of me seat the whole time!! It terrified me to no end, it was brilliant. It is also such an underrated book, I feel like it deserves so much more hype then it's getting.

My Life Next Door by Huntley Fitzpatrick
This was such a fun summer read!! I flew through the pages and loved every second of it!

Ten by Gretchen McNeil
This was another book that scared the crap out of me. It didn't help I read the scariest parts at night, when I was home alone. Yeah, probably not the wisest decision I've ever made.

The Edge of Never by J. A. Redmerski
This was a really great read! I loved the romance in it, but I feel like some aspects of it were rushed. And that take away from my reading experience, but it was still good.

The Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight by Jennifer E. Smith
I thought that this was such a entertaining read. I went into it thinking it was going to be a fun summery read and it was in some parts, but it also had some serious aspects to it. And that made the book a fantastic read!!

The Forsaken by Lisa M. Stasse
This book was such a thrilling and exciting ride! I read it in a day!! I loved everything in this book!!

My Holiday giveaway is still going: click HERE to go to and have a chance to win a paperback copy of Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas.

That's my top ten, what's yours?

Holiday Giveaway!! Throne of Glass Edition.

I decided to do a few giveaways this month due to the fact that it is the holiday season and because you people are freaking awesome. I will be giving away a paperback copy of Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas. This is one of my favorite series and I hope whoever wins this will also think so.

And this copy of the book is just so pretty!!! The cover and the whole design of it is just gorgeous!! I like how they showed the front of her with her dressed up in her assassin gear and in the back it shows the back of her dressed in a pretty dress. I just love that because it shows both sides of her personality! I just love this while book, the cover and the story inside!!.
